Software Engineers / Web Developers

The ideal candidates would be extremely passionate to learn new technologies quickly and write lots of software code. They should be willing to work in a small team with interest to wear multiple hats and become part of building a company from ground-up. The position will involve software design, development and testing activities using open source technologies like Java, PHP, Javascript, and MySQL.

Requirements:

BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or MCA in Computer Sc.

1-4 years of hands-on development experience using LAMP (Linux/PHP/MySQL) or J2EE architecture

Good knowledge of web services and web application development

Knowledge of databases like MySQL or SQL Server is a must

High level of interest and enthusiasm to work in a product company (extremely important)

UI Designers

We are currently seeking a full time UI Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the look-and-feel, information flow, and visual design of our range of web based products. This includes everything from productivity applications to internet software to clipart and templates. You will be responsible for making the designs usable and useful to complete computer novices. You will write the user interface specifications, create any necessary art, and work closely with our engineers to implement the designs. You will also be responsible for the usability testing of the designs: develop test plans, build prototypes, conduct the tests and analyze the results.

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years experience in an interactive media design

Strong portfolio and excellent attitude

Experience with user-centered design

Strong illustration, graphic design and user interface design
